Frequently Asked Questions

When our clients are seeking assistance, they often have many questions. We're here to help.

Do you take insurance?
We accept most PPO insurance plans. Our insurance coordinator will verify your benefits and obtain any necessary pre-authorization. We will submit the claim forms on your behalf. Please call our front desk at (310) 310-9249 to get more information.

How much does treatment cost?
The cost of your treatment will vary according to the program you enroll in and your length of stay. Please call our front desk at (310) 310-9249 to get more information.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

How long is your program?
Our programs are a minimum of two weeks long. Each client is individually evaluated weekly by our clinical staff, and from there, recommendations are made regarding the optimal length of stay.

Who will be providing treatment?
The majority of our individual therapists are licensed clinicians at the master or doctoral level with a specialty in the treatment of trauma, addiction, and eating disorders.

Can my family or spouse be included in my treatment?
At Serenity Trauma Center, we encourage family participation in treatment, as is appropriate.

Can I visit your facility before committing to treatment?
We welcome all prospective clients and their families to visit our center prior to admission. We understand how stressful (and sometimes scary) it can be to seek assistance -- and we're here for you. We strive to make your experience warm, safe, and welcoming. Please contact our office at (310) 310-9249.
